Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings: No Hassle

Chicken and Dumplings

This recipe is fairly well known but it is simple, comforting, and even great to the pickiest eaters!

Ingredients:
4 Frozen Chicken Breasts
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Small Diced Onion
1 10oz Refrigerator Biscuit Dough
12 oz Chicken Broth
Salt and pepper

Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into Crock pot except Biscuits. You will place the chicken in FROZEN.
2. Cook on High for 4 1/2 Hours.
3. Cut Biscuits into 4-6 Pieces each and push into soup/broth. Pull Apart Chicken.
4. Cook on High an additional 90 min – 2 hours. (If you are home it is great to stir occasionally for this part.)
