Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Cups Flour
8oz Chocolate Chips
2 Cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions:
1. Mix Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Flour, Cocoa Powder, and Chips
2. Refrigerate 1 hour
3. Ball and Roll in Powdered Sugar
4. Place on Pan as a ball
5. Bake on Parchment Paper 10-12 min at 350 Degrees

Helpful Hint: I like to use Mint Chips around Christmas for a little variety.
