Classic Egg Bake

egg bake
I made this recipe in an 8×8 dish.

Ingredients:
1/2 bag frozen hash browns
Cooked Ham or bacon
8 eggs
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper
4 oz shredded cheese

1. Bake hash browns in pan at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
2. Beat eggs in bowl.
3. Mix in ham, milk, salt and pepper.
4. Remove pan from oven and pour egg mixture over hash browns.
5. Bake for 35 minutes.
6. Remove, sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.
